My consultations are one-to-one sessions where I learn about you and your life so we can work together to get you lasting results and help you reach your health goals.

Some people find it useful to have several ongoing consultations. Others need only one.  Our bodies are complex systems, and our lifestyles are individual to us, so not everyone needs the same level of support.

Nutrition Consultations

This is the perfect in-depth consultation if you have the feeling that you need to “sort your diet out” but do not know where to start.   Prior to your consultation, I ask you to complete and return a three-day food and mood diary and a health questionnaire to give me some background information so we can maximise our time together. Some people are so confused they do not know what to eat.  They do not know what their diet is lacking or nutritionally what they should be eating.  During this consultation I will review your food diary and advise you on what changes you can make to improve your weight or health depending on your goal.  Sometimes it is simple and sometimes it is more complex.  

Personalised Health & Nutrition Coaching

We begin with a personal in-depth consultation about you, your lifestyle, and your goals.  Then I create a bespoke and realistic plan that respects your individual needs. We get clear on what foods work best for you and I aim to create simple and sustainable plan that you can easily make into a long-term lifestyle change.  During our time together I focus not just on how much you want to weigh but on how you want to feel. My goal for all my clients it an improvement of health, energy, weight, mood and sleep.

Within 48 hours of your consultation, you will receive your personalised nutrition plan. This includes portion recommendations, recipes, and simple lifestyle changes.

It often includes recommended nutritional supplements to address imbalances. I will explain the plan I have made and answer any questions you may have.  It is important for you to understand why you are making changes as this leaves you empowered to make them. We then decide on a day and time of the week for a coaching and accountability call. I support you every step on the way keeping you on track to achieve the outcomes you want.  

This package is perfect for you if you have struggled to lose weight in the past or you feel your health is heading in the wrong direction. During the 6 or 12 weeks I will educate, support and coach you all way to not only reach your goal but to be empowered with the knowledge you need to maintain your results.
